Terms of use: Mood Music Discovery

These terms apply to Mood Music Discovery, Nova Sounds AB's service for searching our released music catalogue from ChatGPT, Claude and other AI assistants (the "Service"). Nova Sounds AB, org. no. 559411-8324, Sibyllegatan 17, 114 42 Stockholm, Sweden, provides the Service. By using it you accept these terms. How to connect and use the app is described at www.novasounds.app/discovery.
1. What the Service does
It finds released tracks in Nova Sounds' catalogue that match your request, shows information about them and links to listen to them, proposes playlists and can prepare an enquiry email to Nova Sounds. It does not cover all music, only Nova Sounds' released tracks.
2. No licence
Nothing in the Service, including search results, descriptions, playlists or enquiry emails, grants you any right to use a track. Results do not promise that a track is cleared or suitable for any particular use. Using our music in your work requires a separate written agreement with Nova Sounds AB. Contact info@novasounds.se.
3. Information "as is"
Track descriptions, moods and similar details are partly generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. The Service is provided as is and as available, free of charge, and may change, be limited or stop at any time.
4. Fair use
Do not use the Service in a way that harms it or other users, for example by sending automated requests at high volume or trying to get around its limits. We may limit or block access that does.
5. Third parties
Listening links lead to services such as Spotify, which have their own terms. Your AI assistant provider's terms and privacy policy apply to your use of the assistant.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nova Sounds AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.

8. Law
Swedish law applies, and disputes are settled by Swedish courts. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
