Nova Sounds' released catalogue, searchable from your AI assistant

Find music by mood, scene or vibe in Nova Sounds' released catalogue. Describe what you need, for example "calm piano for a rainy scene" or "upbeat instrumental for a product launch", and filter by mood, instruments, vocals or tempo. You get matching tracks with previews and Spotify links.

When a track fits, the assistant can prepare a licensing enquiry email to Nova Sounds with the track list and your intended use. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself.

1. Connect

  • Claude: add Mood Music Discovery from the connector directory, or under Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
  • ChatGPT: add Mood Music Discovery from the app directory.
  • Other assistants that support MCP: use the server URL https://www.novasounds.app/api/discovery/mcp (Streamable HTTP).

No Nova Sounds account or login is needed.

2. What it can do

  • Search: find tracks by a description of the mood, scene or vibe, with optional filters for mood, instruments, vocals and tempo.
  • Track details: look up one released track by its ISRC.
  • Similar tracks: find tracks that sound like one you already like.
  • Playlist: propose a playlist of 10 to 30 tracks for an activity or mood, with a Spotify link for each track. It does not create a playlist on Spotify.
  • Licensing enquiry: prepare an email to Nova Sounds about one or more tracks. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself.

4. Good to know

  • Only Nova Sounds' released tracks are included, not unreleased or scheduled music.
  • Results are not a statement about rights or clearance. To use a track, contact Nova Sounds through the enquiry email.
